What TaxiFacil is
TaxiFacil is web-based fleet-management software for taxi owners and operators. It helps you track vehicles, drivers, assignments, income, expenses, and related operational records for your own fleet.
What TaxiFacil is not
TaxiFacil is not a ride-hailing marketplace, a passenger-booking service, a payment processor, or a taxi-fare processor. It does not arrange rides between passengers and drivers, does not process taxi fares, and does not act as an intermediary between your business and your customers.
Your account and workspace
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for the activity of anyone you invite into your workspace. Workspaces are intended for use by the taxi business that created them and the people they authorize.
Subscription plans and limits
TaxiFacil is offered under the subscription plans and vehicle limits published on our Pricing page. Using more vehicles than your plan allows may require upgrading to a plan that supports that number.
Trial
New workspaces receive a time-limited trial period, as described on our Pricing page, during which paid features are available without charge.
Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically every month until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; canceling stops future renewals but does not end a period you have already paid for.
Pricing and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars on our Pricing page. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout by Paddle, as described below.
Paddle as our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries relating to billing and handles returns.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not withdrawn immediately unless you also delete your account.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use TaxiFacil for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the service, or to attempt to access data belonging to other workspaces.
Your data
You own the operational data you enter into your workspace — your vehicles, drivers, assignments, and financial records. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of that data.
Intellectual property
The TaxiFacil software, design, and branding remain our property. This agreement does not transfer any ownership of them to you.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep TaxiFacil available and may update, add, or remove features over time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of changes that materially affect your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using TaxiFacil and delete your account at any time from your account settings.
Warranty and liability
TaxiFacil is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide warranties beyond those we expressly state, and our liability is limited as described in any additional terms we publish.
